My name is Stephanie Bergh. I have a B.A. in Journalism from The Ohio State University. I am currently attending Ashland University to obtain licensure in Early Childhood Education through the Bachelor’s Plus Program. I am a Preschool Teaching Assistant in Reynoldsburg, OH. It is my dream to become a preschool teacher and have a class of my own!
The purpose of this website is to acknowledge the importance of visual learning, even at the preschool level! It is important for all educators to keep their teaching methods current by integrating technology in the classroom. Technological education makes learning interactive and some students respond very well to this type of instruction, and I believe it has the capability of making teaching more effective and interesting if used correctly. Using technology is also a great way to involve parents in their child’s education. It opens more lines of communication and invites parents to “connect” with their child’s teacher on class projects, academic progress, and daily activities.
